Excellent food! Enjoyed the Trio Sampler and the Toasted Hog with Mac and cheese, Cole slaw and baked beans. All the meat was so tender. They have six different barbecue sauces, all with a distinct taste but each so very good. Employees are very polite. Restaurant is clean.

I don’t give 5 stars unless it’s special and Small Town BBQ did not disappoint. Killer ribs, pulled pig, MAC and cheese and fried okra! Delicious-great job small town pit masters.

Friendly staff, excellent cooks, a great and mildly messy bacon smash burger with some of the best sauces I've ever had at a restaurant. The Mac and Cheese was so good I started eating it before I remembered to take a photo. I'll be coming back here for sure.

This quaint little BBQ spot captures that small-town charm perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend the pulled pork — tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked. A must-try!

Once again this place has provided great service and served up some absolutely fabulous food. I highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already. The pulled pork, pulled chicken, baked beans, chicken salad wrap were fantastic but that smoked bologna is insanely good.

Small town BBQ is the best in East Tennessee. The food is delicious. Like what your great granny makes and you can't quite mimic. The chicken salad is unreal. There are at least 6 BBQ flavors at each table and every single one of them are perfected. TRY THE OKRA! My kids devour it! The potato salad deserves it's own restaurant. The meat has the best smoked flavor, but not too strong. He has mastered the technique because it's always flavorful juicy. I could go on and on. We come every week for a reason. Come early or call ahead because there is a reason it sells out! Delicious! Thank you for serving our community! We are lucky to have this gem!

The food was the best I’ve had since we moved to TN. Definitely worth the drive from Knoxville! Service was wonderful. And it was old school, but yet decorated very cute !

Stumbled upon this place between seeing customers and I am glad I did! Thought it was a little pricey but understood why when they brought out my bbq burrito, couldn’t even finish half and the quality of the meat was great. Potato salad has really good flavor too! Will definitely be back!
